形如 a blank sheet of paper 和a sheet of blank paper
“一张空白的纸”,说 a blank piece of paper 和 a piece of blank paper 都可以。
a good piece of news 与 a piece of good news
an important piece of news 与 a piece of important news
an interesting piece of news 与a piece of interesting news
an exciting piece of news 与a piece of exciting news
a huge pair of eyes 与 a pair of huge eyes
an oily old pair of jeans 与 a pair of oily old jeans
a clean pair of pants 与 a pair of clean pants
a big/small bag of corn
a big/small box of sweets
a big/small bottle of wine
a big/small cup of milk
a big/small glass of beer
a big/small basin of water
a big/small pile of bricks
a big/small basket of fruit
a big/small sheet of paper
a big/small drop of rain
a big/small bar of chocolate
a big/small block of ice
a big/small loaf of bread
a big/small grain of sand
a big/small crowd of people
a gbig/small group of children
a big/small team of players
a big/small sum of money
▲ 除此之外,在a pair of cotton tights 与 a cotton pair of tights 中,不可说:a cotton pair of tights,由于 cotton 是名词,不是形容词。它是材料,与 tights 密切有关,所以只能说a pair of cotton tights。又如,a large piece of net(正确),a piece of large net(错误),由于 large 不是修饰 net 的,而是修饰 piece 的。
